As I covered in some of my previous reviews, I have always had great experiences with Tuck Shop products. They bring interesting strains to market and present a good value for curious consumers. As a fan of the Permanent Marker cultivar, I jumped at the chance to get my hands on one of the trendier and hotter Permanent Marker crosses to drop on the OCS.

Grown and bred by Seed Junky Genetics, the Permanent Marker has been a hugely successful strain proving its chops with staying power and continued popularity since its release. Having won the title as the Leafly 2023 strain of the year and known for smelling like its namesake, the Permanent Marker really achieved banger status due to its potent effects.
What did Seed Junky do to amplify the Marker?!? Its Hawaiian Time!

Bag Appeal:
My favourite thing about this strain is that it absolutely reeks of goodness. From the second that I cracked the bag open, it was just oozing and pumping out a delicious fragrant and rich odour.
It is a very dense, bud and it is covered on trichomes on the outside, but as you break the buds up you will see layers and trichomes covering the bud on the inside as well. It had a nice stickiness, good cure and perfect squishiness factor.
As you can see in the picture below, the pack was a nice assortment of nice medium large size nugs. But again, I really liked this strain because I couldn’t get enough of sticking my nose in the bag and just schneefing up the terps and pleasant aroma.
Baked & Keeping Busy:
Need more ENERGON! Those that really know me know that I love cannabis that is energizing and invigorating. I love to chain smoke joints that power me up and fuel a day / evening / moment of elevated living.
True to its lineage it delivers on a great high and overall satisfying experience.
Final thoughts…..I will definitely revisit this and I really was happy with what the Hawaiinan Marker brought to the table.
