Back Forty Chemzilla (14 gram) Dried Flower Review
Back Forty (B40) has never really been able to float my boat. While their product hits a pretty sweet price point, some cannabis reviews I have seen on Reddit dubbed B-40 as the “King of Mids.” I had high expectations for their Liquid Imagination, and sadly it didn’t rock my world like I was hoping.
Nonetheless, I am back at it and trying another Back Forty strain, Chemzilla. As a sucker for Godzilla films and gassy cultivars, this product sounded like it was right up my alley.
I have been doing my weekly LiveStreams and dabbing my face off with my new Rosin Press by Evolve Supply, which I absolutely love so far (I will write up an in-depth review at a later point). My high ass keeps breaking bangers and I had to put in an order for a banger and carb cap. I actually did a little squish of the Chemzilla and ripped some fresh press directly off the parchment paper. Thanks for your support and keep tuning in!

My Take:
My biggest gripe with Back Forty (B40) is that they have no information on their website. When I look at their Instagram, their last post is dated 2023. The brand is obviously not too worried about communicating with their customer or openly sharing information on their products.
Half Baked Thoughts
The buds are decent sized, with the largest bud being the size of a Loonie. When I squish the buds, they have a sponginess to them, and my fingers get a minimal and an almost minuscule amount of stickiness afterwards. It is honestly a bizarre feeling squishing these nugs, something feels just not quite right.
When I smoked this in a joint, the dry pull actually had a pretty nice spicy gassy taste. My biggest critique is that I found the effects to be very minimal. Dumbfounded, I put the strain to the test in the experiment below.
The Test
I am a person who absolutely loves to eat. As such, I always look for my cannabis to provide me with a sensory experience but also increase my appetite and enhance the flavours and dining experience.
Sadly, I don’t feel as if Chemzilla had me flying high and feelin’ like FEASTIN! It’s a damn shame…
To truly field these this thesis, I procured an amazing Mortadella sandwich on a crusty bun from the Italian deli down the street. This sandwich was EPIC, and I definitely attacked it aggressively, but not with the weed induced vigor I was hoping for and expecting.
