Quad Farmers Arrives in Ontario - Pink Marker and RS-11 Review (OCS)
2025 is an exciting time in the Canadian Cannabis market. While deep pocketed PubCos and international brands continue to enter the Canadian Market with sub-par products, a new wave of quality micro-cultivators and brands with Legacy roots are also having their time in the light and bringing quality premium cannabis to the people.
To me it is simple, the People want good quality weed that gets them high and takes them for a ride or delivers on their desired effects. For years, we were sold legal product that was absolute trash, mass produced, rack and tray drying, and absolutely butchered before it became a bagged abomination.
When you are a Legacy grower, who is a true OG, you have perfected your craft over many years and all you want to do is share your Goods with the People. Possessing quality genetics and with SOPs and grow techniques dialled in, these Legacy brands can make a splash and take over the legal market with excellence and execution.
Enter the Quad Farmers. As a well known brand with Legacy roots out of British Columbia, these boys are bringing their Goods to the biggest legal cannabis market in the world, the Ontario Cannabis Store.
Quads or AAAA is a term frequently used in the Legacy or illicit market to denote top quality and premium cannabis. For true small batch craft cannabis, the Farmer needs to actually be tending to their garden and actively listening to what their plants are telling them. This is where the big grows go wrong, the suits are too disconnected from the actual grow and are too focused on profitability and unit economics.
I have the secret formula and I am happy to share it with the masses:
Good People + Good Genetics + a Clean Grow = #WINNING

Bag Appeal
For me, the most important factor is assessing the cannabis using your senses (aroma, taste, visual appeal). Is the cannabis immediately impressive? How does it make you feel by interacting with the product, but not yet consuming it?
I was delighted with what I found in the bag. The pack was oozing aromas and terps, wafting to my noses delight. It had that classic marker smell and I couldn’t wait to indulge. The bud was dense and sticky to the touch.
Overall, it is just an impressive flower. It looks good, smells good and gives you those warm fuzzy feelings.
The Results and Thoughts
There have been a few marker crosses that have been hitting the OCS. The effects were on point, it just got me super geeked and I felt like pure energy was coursing through my veins. Any strain that grabs me by the boot straps and makes me feel alive again is a success in my books.
I was definitely satisfied with this bag and it will be a definite re-buy. For the price, it seems like a great value to me. I will keep watching to see what the QuadFarmer team has in-store and how they keep servicing the Ontario market.
RS-11 Pre-Rolls - (Rainbow Sherbert)
I picked up a pack of the pre-rolls to take them for a whirl. The taste on the dry pull was heavenly. I feel like the high was energizing and a delightful kick in the pants.
The packaging was pretty quality and the pack size was 0.5g x 3 prerolls.
